Coach Tate has always been involved in American Football since a very young age. He has watched a number of coaching sessions and learned from past coaches which include a number of international coaches, high school coaches and college coaches due to his family being heavily involved in American Football.

Coach Tate has also worked as Head Fitness Coach with the Birmingham Bulls American Football Team and continues to have some great links with a number of coaches and teams within the BAFL.
