No matter what sport, every sport requires a certain level of general fitness and a good level of sports specific fitness for an athlete to be able to be able to reach his/her full sporting potential.
 
Coach Tate has hundreds of sports specific fitness tests available for you or your team to take part. Upon hiring Coach Tate to deliver the fitness testing for your sport the athlete/team must take part in both General Fitness Tests & Sports Specific Fitness Tests
 

General Fitness Tests include things like

V02 max RHR,

Body Fat %,

Muscular Strength

& Endurance,

Reaction Time,

Power,

Cardio-Vascular Fitness

 
Sports Specific Fitness Tests will depend on the sport for example American Football tests include 40 yard dash, bench press and the T-Test while soccer tests include 60 metre sprints, agility tests and range of motion etc.
