Fitness Coaching

Fitness Coaching is for people who seriously want to improve their fitness and are willing to follow a more advanced diet and exercise regime. Fitness Coaching is not for the light hearted as it demands more dedication from the client.
           
Most clients who chose fitness coaching are people who take their fitness very seriously such as athletes, body builders and clients involved in sports. Though this services is available to anyone.

All clients who undertake a Fitness Coaching program receive:


At least 2 training sessions a weekStrict
Diet & Nutrition plans (That must be followed to the letter)
Strict Exercise plans (That must be followed)
Stricter feedback from Coach Tate
Very Demanding and strict targets


The Fitness Coaching service price can vary depending on how many sessions per week you choose to take.


2 sessions a week = £35 each 
3 sessions a week = £30 each 
4+ sessions a week = £25 each 


All Fitness Coaching sessions take place in one of three places, in the client’s home, in a gym of Coach Tate’s choice or in a local outdoor facility.


All Fitness Coaching sessions are 100% confidential as some personal information will be requested by Coach Tate to help him be able to give a more personal specific training regime.
