GP Referral
A GP Referral is when a Doctor/GP/Health specialist refers one of his/her clients to take part in a specialized health and fitness program with Coach Tate.
There are a number of reasons why a Doctor/GP/Health specialist will refer a client to Coach Tate. The majority of the time though it is due to a health related concern that can be corrected through changes in lifestyle, training and correct diet.
If Coach Tate has an affiliation with your GP surgery then your Doctor may pass you on a Coach Tate's GP Referral business card and ask you to contact him. Upon contacting Coach Tate you will be able to receive up to 25% off all of Coach Tate's services.
Services you will be able to receive 25% off include:
Personal Training
Fitness Coaching
Fitness Classes/Clubs
Diet & Weight Management
If Coach Tate does not have an affiliation with your GP surgery then you may still be able to receive up to 25% off Coach Tate's services. Ask Coach Tate for details on the GP Referral option.
