Personal Training sessions with Coach Tate focus on reaching your health and fitness targets by making simple but effective changes to your diet, exercise and lifestyle.

As a Personal Training client of Coach Tate you will receive the following:

Personal Training sessions that last either 30mins or 1 hour
Current Diet Analysis / New Weekly Diet Plans
Current Exercise Analysis / New Weekly Exercise plans
Current Lifestyle Analysis / New Simple Lifestyle changes
24/7 advice through email, phone, text and social networking websites
Plus much more...

Personal Training sessions prices vary on a number of things which include location of training, the amount of training sessions per month you want etc.
The more sessions you purchase the lower the cost of each session.

Example price plan:

1 session per month = £45 each
2 sessions per month = £40 each
3  session per month = £35 each
4 sessions per month = £30 each
5 + sessions per month = £25 each

All Personal Training sessions take place at locations agreed between you and Coach Tate. Locations can include your local gym, one of Coach Tate's gyms,
in your home, a local sports facility etc.

All Personal Training sessions are 100% confidential as some personal information will be requested by Coach Tate to help him give you a more PERSONAL training experience.
